You’ll want your questions to be big, open-ended questions that allow the person to tell their story.

• “Why did you decide to do [whatever it is they are doing/did]?”
• “Which part is the most fun?”
• “Which part is the least fun?”
• “What have been some challenges you’ve faced and how have you you overcome them?”
• “Would you do it all over again?”
• “What has been the biggest surprise?”
